Overview
Venture into Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, Zanzibar's only national park. Walk guided forest trails to see the endangered rare red colobus monkey (endemic to Zanzibar), plus blue monkeys, bushbabies, and over 200 bird species.
What to Expect
- 2–4 hour guided walk through mangrove and coastal forest
- Red colobus monkey sighting — Zanzibar's endemic primate
- Blue Sykes monkey, lesser bushbaby, and birdwatching opportunities
- Visit the visitor center and turtle sanctuary at the park entrance
