Overview
Zanzibar's most famous dhow excursion: cruise to the Menai Bay Conservation Area, snorkel over vibrant coral reefs, feast on a seafood barbecue on a private sandbank, and visit Kwale Island. Operated by the original Safari Blue since 1990.
What to Expect
- Full-day dhow sailing trip (7–9 hours)
- Snorkeling over coral reefs with mask, snorkel, and life jacket provided
- Seafood barbecue lunch (grilled fish, prawns, calamari) on a sandbank
- Fresh fruit, water, and soft drinks throughout
- Menai Bay conservation fee included in package price
- Visit to Kwale Island for swimming

- Marine conservation fee: $10 for non-EAC adults (included in our price)
- Bring a towel, hat, sunscreen (reef-safe), and swimwear
